Even if the offence for ballot box snatching is death, would offenders not be made to go through the legal processes?
The issue here is not whether ballot box snatching is good or bad, the issue is not even the gravity of such action, the issue is whether or not, the due processes of law should be followed if such offence is committed. So, where do you stand?
