I do not speak for Atiku, this is my personal analysis of the situation.
Atiku, like Awolowo, Azikiwe and others before, who had at one time and another, approached the courts to retrieve alleged stolen mandate, is exercising his constitutional right and so should not be derided.
Abiola, who took the extreme and anarchist option of declaring himself as President, is even recognized today as President and "symbol of democracy"!
