Thanks for the explanation, Biko. I'm glad, though, that my daughter has left Georgetown many years back; otherwise I would be among those on the protest line if the University ever approved such tuition hike. I doubt if Georgetown will approve it, anyway; but anything is possible these days.

The reparations funds could have been diverted to other goals if there were no reparations but people of African descent would continue paying taxes anyway.
