Thank God! NIgerian now seems on the way to a mend.
All the affected states need to do now is ally with the Federal Government to provide official armed protection to the herdsmen even if they have to pay nominal fees to allow for extra recruitment to expand the scheme nationwide (the expenditure can be recouped through special security levies on herdsmen groups wherever they operate.) Of course herdsmen in turn have every right to marginal increases in the prices of their products.)
Peace and security is unquantifiable in monetary terms!
