I salute Mugabe for his achievements, especially in education. Condolences to the people of Zimbabwe and Africa. Despite the crippling sanctions imposed by the international community to frustrate the land redistribution demanded by the people, Zimbabwe still ranks 'low' but above Nigeria and many other African neocolonial states in the Human Development Index. This is no reason for Zimbabwe to brag that 'We pass our neighbors' as Nigerians often do, it is a realization that neocolonialism was never a problem personalized by Mugabe but a common problem begging to be solved through Pan Africanism:
