That is the problem. The agreements are validated by the legal incoming administrations. They do not have to. They think it will be unworkably cumbersome really starting over from where the breach occurred.

Why do we look only at the legal aspect? What about the political aspect? What about, for example, the bilateral agreements, etc, signed? Would these be invalidated?
