United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and the Ghana Armed Forces co-hosted the 2019 North and West Africa Directors of Military Intelligence Conference in Accra, Ghana. The main focus of this conference was to talk about Violent Extremist Organization (VEO) threats in Africa. Meetings like these are very crucial to making this world a more peaceful place. Participating organizations and the 17 countries agreed to share more information to each other. Many agreed that "the trust we build here is the trust we need in the field". I agree with this statement in the article because without trust, no one will be able to work well with the other.
