Is Anya a  ventriloquist ?  We hope not.

This reminds me of Alassane Ouattara of Côte d'Ivoire who seems hell bent on a third term, even though a war was fought to preempt such a scenario - among other things. He changed the constitution in 2016, at a time when

few thought he had  ambitions for a third term.
