- We like to thank everyone who has served as a reviewer for AJOTE in 2019. We appreciate the sacrifice involved in the intellectual and time and other resources that you commit to doing these reviews
- Please consider registering with AJOTE as a reviewer.
- Also, we would like to encourage more scholar, practitioner, and education administrator colleagues in Africa to respond more favorably to requests to assist with reviewing articles for AJOTE. While AJOTE appreciates your competing commitments elsewhere and the relatively drier resource base at your disposal, we nonetheless value your contributions very highly. The fact is that AJOTE has had much more success with more scholars outside of the African continent (both African and non-African) accepting to review submissions to the journal than with Africa-based colleagues. We are hoping to be able to draw on the expertise of more African colleagues on the continent to help with evaluating submissions, most of which are from the continent.
- Consultations and planning are ongoing to debut in 2021 an annual conference to hold in Africa on teacher education in Africa.
