An informative conceptualisation. To me as I already stated what Sowore does while he is released pending trial is determinate of his continued freedom. But was DSS so unprofessional it had no warrant for his re-arrest handy at the time of latest arrest?
Finally when Awolowo was being tried for treasonable felony by the Balewa government ( this is about the most serious offense against a STATE which undermines its very existence) was he granted bail before the determination of the case? If not what happened to the Nigerian Constitution since?
