According to the Premium Times President Buhari has delegated staff to the Office of the First Lady. Is there such a role in the Nigerian Constitution? Mr President has stated that he intends to rule according to the provisions of the Constitution. Does it entail the creation of the Office of the First Lady or are we back to the military era?
