In our usual ballyhoo approach, we seem not to grasp the import of the action of President Buhari in ordering the release of some persons granted bail by the courts and whose release has been blocked by agents of the present government.
The President is simply telling us that he does not care what the courts say in matters like this, that he can only release anyone when he chooses to, may be following interventions by foreign allies.
This is very dangerous for civil liberties in Nigeria, and the so called activists and revolutionaries are busy displaying baseless triumphal mannerisms.
CAO.
