The Sowore New York Support Group is calling on all Nigerians in the New York and New Jersey areas to join us in solidarity:
Venue: Nigerian Consulate on 42nd street / 2nd Avenue.
Date: Thursday, 12th December, 2019
Time: 12 noon.
As we exercise our globally recognized, legitimate rights to protest, and request for the immediate release of our convener and leader, Omoyele Sowore.
This fight is a fight for justice and redemption of Nigerian democracy which is hurriedly sliding into anarchy and dictatorship. This is a fight for the Rule of Law. This is the last hope for you and I as commoners.
We will remain resolute and act within the confines of law and order as we continually provoke and force them to govern responsibly instead of their continued desire to unleash their oppressive and tyrannical sides.
Sowore and all other Prisoners of Conscience MUST be released.
Nigeria MUST be great...
