By selective withholding of strategic supplies and resources, a government
can unwittingly, or deliberately,
support lethal agendas reminiscent of Nazi policies but
systematic , deliberate contagion by fringe groups is equally scary.
"Don't agonize, organize"should be the game plan for at-risk groups.
