(1)The formation of Amotekun and other regional security outfits are backed by legislations from the state legislatures in their respective zones. That makes their existence legitimate.
(2) One hopes that arrangement have been made to get the legislatures of the eastern states to enact legislations that would give legitimacy to your proposed security outfit for the east.
(3) This legitimacy is imperative in preventing the military/paramilitary reactions(with the attendant bloodshed)from the federal government that is sure to come in the event of the take off of your security outfit.
(4) In the absence of (3), you will have to have an equal or a superior counter force.
(5)The unlikelihood of (4) makes (3) imperative.
