This interactive forum will feature a discussion between Sylvester James Gates, Jr. '73, PhD '77, a theoretical physicist known for his work on supersymmetry, supergravity, and superstring theory, and Edray Goins, a professor of mathematics at Pomona College.

 

During the webcast, Gates and Goins will address the challenges facing traditionally underrepresented populations in math and physics.
