Thanks for sending me some of the press reports on my interview, including Biko Agozino's comments and criticism and it's the sort of criticism I ignore because he is a blinkered unrealistic and an unobjective Ibo Biafran charging me as a second lieutenant in the UN peacekeeping force as being responsible under my watch for what happened to Lumumba. I believe one must a bit of pity rather than anger for such a man but I appreciate that he followed the interview very well and that he chose to distort, twist and spin is his own headache. The four most senior Northern Nigerian officers that were killed still make some people bitter elsewhere and so were the very senior Yoruba officers and one with his wife and not to mention the killing of very high non-Ibo politicians almost all by Ibo officers. For me, we learn the right lessons from the past, put behind us and move on, move forward and move up. obj
