The day we have all patiently waited for since 2019 is finally just a few hours away. The 20th Annual Africa Conference at The University of Texas at Austin will commence this Thursday, April 1, 2021 and run until Sunday, April 4, 2021. We have the following updates for you to make sure that everyone is set to hit the ground running when we convene on Thursday.
1. Please visit this link to register and download your copy of the conference schedule. Please note that you must register to access and download the schedule. After submitting your registration, you will be prompted to proceed to download the conference schedule. Click on the link and then click the blue "download" button once the page loads. You will see a warning that the file has not been scanned for viruses, click the "download anyway button in blue. The file is very large and may take up to 5-10 minutes to finish downloading, depending on your internet speed.
2. If you need help joining the conference, sharing your screen during your presentation, and/or participating in the different sessions, as well as with any other issue related to your participation in the conference, please send us an email at help.utafricaconference@gmail.com and we will have someone help you as soon as possible.
