Recheck your history. The concept of Biafra when it first came was not an Igbo initiative. It was the initiative of the Eastern region represented by a Consultative Assembly.
That the resuscitation is Igbo driven(assuming that you are right) does not make the product of that resuscitation (IPOB) an Igbo organization. Like I said earlier IPOB membership cuts across other ethnicities in Eastern Nigeria.

The assumption that IPOB is an Igbo group and that the group's leader is leading an Igbo resistance is crass stupidity. What about the persons from other ethnicities in eastern Nigeria who are IPOB members?
