i'd include zuma, with his friends, the gupta brothers who collectively stole many billions of dollars from south africans, and simultaneous effected state capture and destroyed one of the most glorious revolutions in the continent's history. the theft of money that could have significantly improved the lives of millions of south africans who waited long enough for their redemption.
there are two great movies on this theme, the latest by rehad desai , How to Steal a Country. the courage of those daring to face and charge zuma juridically was astounding including two women judges.
while we are at it, i'd add the current rulers in egypt and algeria, also thieves of the people and of the people's revolution.
and now ethiopia??

Subject: USA Africa Dialogue Series - Billionaire tax cheats go to heaven
-- Virgin Galactic is compiling its list of passengers to space. Here is a list
of prospective candidates that should
get on board on a one- way ticket:
1. Paul Biya of Cameroon- for overstaying in office, brutalizing opponents, and selling out to France.
2. Alassane Ouattara - for locking up
dozens of members of parliament,
political opponents, and even those who fought a war on his behalf, and for his third-term electoral
machinations.
3. Museveni- for overstaying his term of office and for brutalizing
Bobbi Wine and other challengers,
relentlessly.
4. Rwanda's Paul Kagame - for Jekyll
and Hyde mode of governance-
pretending to be a democrat while
brutalizing his opponents, and
throwing critics in jail.
5. I was about to add Nigeria's
Buhari to the list, but Cornelius
threatened to throw me in the
shuttle along with the others if
I dared to do so.
