pandemic that knows no boundaries.

Earlier this year I was knocked out for

two days. I  lost my sense of smell for 

two weeks. Thankfully that was the only

side effect felt, and I am no weaker in

the gym.  Since then I have taken two 

shots of Moderna- but there are no 

guarantees with this wily virus. 

Last week I lost my favorite niece,  

who was in her 30s, to this

virus.

 We have to continue to take

precautions such as distancing,  wearing face

masks, and consumption of nutritious food,  

including egusi and bitter leaf  soup, 

no doubt. 🤗
