The basis of the video song mocking the supposed illness of a particular Presidential candidate by a group, purported to be "Pirate Confraternity" is fundamentally flawed.
"Shaking hands" and "shaking legs" may not necessarily be as a result of illness. Too much caffeine for example can cause that and would abet after moderation of intake.
By the way, a Presidential aspirant can be healthy and/or seem to be healthy but develop serious illness immediately after assumption of office.
