this was published in 2016.

it would be helpful to read from  nigerian university lecturers on this group. my experience is that on this group members of that demographic embrace silence when their ranks are criticised.

are the things being said about you true? silence.

are they not true? silence.

im happy to be educated if my assessment is wrong.
