I would start  with interpreters  by wole soyinka  ,kolera kolej by femi osofisan on universty autonomy.a universty  on the African continent was granted the much sort after autonomy with this the politics of the African continent began to unfold. Not very positive.

it would be helpful to read from  nigerian university lecturers on this group. my experience is that on this group members of that demographic embrace silence when their ranks are criticised.

are the things being said about you true? silence.

are they not true? silence.

im happy to be educated if my assessment is wrong.
