we should ban private swimming pools all togrher in Nigeria Iti perhaps should be regarded as morally reprehensible to have a private swimming pool .in Nigeria including public swimming,

        The water that goes into a pool could serve so many villages all together, if we would like to copy the Europeans, we should copy well...

Unicef  informs that 177,000 children under 5 years die every year due to contaminated water

in Nigeria due to contaminated water. there are more dying of killer

 Water than terrorism but perhaps because of the undramatic way is Happens its rarely the subject of our newspapers

What Nigeria needs are more water treatment plants or

 mini water treatment plants and not more private or public swimming

 Pools 

One is surprised that Governor Ben Ayde of cross river state has never been in the news for he  has rarely been in the news in relation to water, potable water because he is a university of Ibadan expert on water quality with distinction, on water quality but he tends to have focused more on industry

The warter crisis disproportionately affects women. Women around the

 world  spend 267 million hours every day   collecting water for washing

 hygiene and sanitation. Dr , BEM Abyade was born by a woman. He could have ben chairman of the water committee of the governord forum but thre ws and is nothing like that,
