In an advanced country the rich use the public transport. in a poor country the poor have their own cars. so, it's been observed. What we need is not more cars on Nigerian roads or more private jets but intelligent transport systems.
so, you find in London, the poor Nigerian security officer on 11 pounds an hour Riding a Mercedes Benz to work, the richer British Neurosurgeon on 200,000 s per month riding a bicycle to work and the Bengali billionaire taking the Bus to make a one million Pound donation to a children's hospital. in London
