I think Washington needs to, should or could organise a sunmit on the availability or utilisation and nanagement of humam resources world wide,
the optimum utilisation of resources particularly as it concerns agric science, agric tech and agric entrepreneurship.
president joe biden i state this because of the paradox or irony of a world filled with plant breeders open to work but no work and a world of about 200 milion or more going to bed hungry several milliom more suffering from malnutrition and body stunted growth.
president joe biden in a world of the computer, the internet and microsoft the world has no businress being hungry.
president joe biden usa spent one trillion dollars prosecuting the war in afghanistan how much is the usa prepared to put out to fight hunger world wide.
