fine program. no simple answers to the question: is chinese, russian, u.s. or other investments in africa good for the continent or not. answer: more and more investments going on, no simple yes or no to whether they are good or as good as they should be. short answer, when policies are good, seems to work well, but policies that are shifting might undermine the worthiness. too complicated for short answer, but fine program worth watching
