Lots of abuse cited; increase in jihadism cited. 

In a sense nothing new; but reconfirms negative impression of wagner's interventions.

My own view is that the foreign interventions, and especially mercenaries, only spell trouble and abuse. Similar to the south african mercenaries in the past.
