USA Africa Dialogue Series - Film and,mamser WAI, and Tinubu

I would like concerned persons to go back into the archives  to find our whst war against indiscipline  tried to achieve same with mass mobilisation for social and economic recovery  MAMSER and ethical revolution by Buhari,babangida and shagari and see if we can achieve these now with Film.

The technology is in the pockets of not a few unlike in times past

 Buhari,shagari and babangida might have been years aheae' of time with WaI,mamser and ethical revolution.

On stepping aside or stepping down,babangid had this to say as follows" the psychology of the people has got to change. I think they are intellectually lazy. They must Inculcate in themselves and their children values."
