Invitation to publish with Lexington Books and Springer
Dear Colleagues,
Good greetings! This is to let you know that I am now accepting book proposals for my ongoing book series with Lexington Books and Springer. Please see the links: Lexington and Springer.
The first series deals with the issue of governance and institutions, development, security, and leadership on the African continent; while the second series centers on Africa's engagement/relationship with China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Taiwan, and Mongolia.
The review process for both series is streamlined. Within three weeks of submitting your proposal, I will inform you of my decision (accept or reject). Approved proposals are forwarded to my Acquisition Edition for onward transmission to the Editorial Board.
The board's review process takes 1-2 weeks; if approved you enter direct negotiation – not with me – but with the acquisition editor.
In addition to single-authored, coauthored, and edited works, we also accept proposals from those desiring to convert their PhD dissertations to books. Attached are the proposal guides for Lexington Books and Springer.
