Public Announcement: Request for Assistance with Copyright Permission

I am seeking assistance from anyone with knowledge on how to obtain copyright permission for the use of a radio broadcast of Chief Bola Ige's speech from the 1980s. This material is intended for inclusion in a book I am working on about the Ife-Modakeke conflict.

I have made several attempts to find relevant contact information by searching online for the websites of BCOS (Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State) and the Oyo State Government's Ministry of Information. Unfortunately, none of the listed websites are functioning.

If anyone has experience in obtaining such permissions or can provide guidance on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your help.
