Toyin Adepoju, I am very skeptical until I see the evidence in poicy and other actions.

Looks to me that European and American politicians have a narrow, even highly-restricted, circle of moral obligation. That circle contains only their kinsfolk and friends in military, economic, and diplomatic partnerships. The rest of humankind be damned since they subsist outside of that restricted universe of European and American obligations.  

When I am proven wrong, I will return to revise my view.
