Kindly discard the email sent earlier. We would like to provide you with the following updates regarding the 24th Annual Africa Conference. Additional details will be available on the conference website. We also encourage corresponding authors to share this information with their colleagues.
Conference Participant List:
Attached is the document containing this year's registered participants. This list will also be posted on the conference website. Please review it and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Kindly note that only registered participants will appear in the conference booklet and program. We strongly encourage all authors to complete their registration. Conference certificates will be issued only to registered participants.
Conference Program:
The conference program will be available on the website next week.
Registration:
We have reopened the registration portal until February 19, 2025, to accommodate those who were unable to meet the previous deadline. This will be our final extension, and we encourage those interested to take advantage of this opportunity.
For in-person registration, participants traveling from outside the U.S. should only register if they already have a visa or do not require one to enter the U.S. at this point. Please note that visa processing is unlikely at this stage, as the conference is now less than a month and a quarter away. We welcome virtual registrations and encourage in-person registration only for those already in the U.S. or certain of their ability to attend. The registration link remains the same as in your acceptance letters and on our website
Visa Update and Confirmation of Attendance:
We kindly request an update on your visa application status and confirmation of in-person attendance. This information is crucial for our logistical planning.
Biographies:
All registered participants are requested to submit a short bio (100 words).
