The arms trade between India and Israel has been
extensive. Israel is in fact India's major supplier of
equipment for defense - including cybersecurity
devices. Although it is a member of BRICS, India's ties
with Israel have grown exponentially since its establishment of an
embassy in the early 1990s. About 20,000 Indians work
in Israel and reports suggest that Mossad used some of them
to infiltrate Iranian society in the recent blow up.
Recall that India refused to go along with a recent
BRICS condemnation of Israel -according to some news
reports. It has not challenged Israel's activities in Gaza
according to Genocide Watch. To make a long story
short, the Modi administration was probably shocked
and disappointed to see the poor performance of
Israel's Iron Dome, the centerpiece of its military
defense and would naturally begin to question its
heavy reliance on military imports from the West Asian
regional superpower. It may be eyeing Shahed 136,
Iran's kamikaze drone, and others, a little more
closely. now.
I think the recent posts by Okafor effectively
highlight the African context:
Arise Africa before it's too late

2. For Netanyahu, it wasa get-out-of -jail card and atwenty year project forGreater Israel.
3. For Evangelicals, it wassome kind of morbid,end-of-times failed opportunity.
4. For the US power elite ofziocons, neocons and defensecontractors, it was an opportunityto weaken BRICS through ahoped -for regime change inIran -and a money makingventure.
5. For China, a dry run for thecoming US-China conflict, over Taiwan.

The war:
For Trump it was all about the spectacle: From a failed infantile parade to live fireworks,
and the assertion of hegemonic power.
For Netanyahu it was a get-out-of -jail card, and a two - decade dream for Greater Israel.
For evangelicals it was some kind of morbid, end -of -times failed opportunity.
For the U.S power elite of neocons, Ziocons, and defense contractors, it was an opportunity toweaken BRICS through a hoped for regime change in Iran, and a money making venture.
To China it was a dry run for the forthcoming US- China conflict over Taiwan.
To the world's 17th largest country, Iran, spread over 600, 000 square miles, it was graduation day
for its medium range and hypersonic missile program ๐ง๐ but a counter- intelligence failure.
For Europe, an opportunity to make up with an estranged mad cousin and rejoin the notorious "coalition of
the willing"- but that fell through.
For India, remorse for buying partly ineffective weapons, and backing a horse that had less stamina
than envisaged.
For the Global South, witness to an emerging New World Order
For Africa, a wake-up call.
