My first effort at generating a lengthy narrative to complement my own poetic and scholarly creativity exploring the possibilities of Bruce Onobrakpeya's majestic artistic installation Akporode in the Onobrak Art Centre Galleries in his natal community of Agbarha-Otor in the Niger Delta.
Squibler AI used this solely self written essay of mine as a basis for composing the novella- " Akporode 4: Between Study and Meditation in Akporode Philosophy and Mysticism: Developing a Philosophical and Spiritual System through the Art and Thought of Bruce Onobrakpeya''.
The story expands the sparse description of the installation by adding elements that are not part of the installation. That can be easily corrected in editing.
The narrative core, however, looks very sound. I'm still reading it.
The AI generated the novella in what looked like seconds.
I use AI to improve what I can readily do- expository and argumentative writing.

I use AI to accomplish what I can do but cannot readily do- narrative writing.
I have long dreamt of consistently using narrative as an aspect of my exploration of ideas, going beyond my infrequent writing of such stories through relying purely on my own unaided capacities.
The advent of AI means I can at last fulfill my dream of such consistency. The offerings from AI also enable modification so as to take the AI creation beyond what the software has generated.
Experimenting with various AI provides a particularly rich feast of results one can compare and integrate.

I shall always be upfront with my readers when AI is the primary writer of something I share as different from when its simply an editor.
