external intervention,  but would 

eventually get financial support 

by various opportunistic external 

actors.

See this as a two-step process:

101 Geopolitics.

France did not found  the

terrorists groups in the Sahel region 

but would eventually shower some

of them with  millions

of freshly minted francs.In some

cases they would be given 

protection money with the 

understanding that they would

not attack French companies.

Some conspiracy theories are 

false.Others are accurate.

Do the homework and find

out which are true and which

are not.
