USA Africa Dialogue Series - Yearbook on International Investment Law and Policy, 2009-2010

The Investment Yearbook 2009/2010 reviews, in Part One, the salient features of changes in investment flows; trends and noteworthy issues in international investment agreements; treaty-based arbitration cases that have arisen in the preceding year; and issues relating to the primary sector. Against this background, Part Two explores a number of important and topical issues.
