Fellow Citizens:

By now you must have heard/read about the gory murder of Mr. Chidi Nwosu, a Human Rights Activist, who was an active contributor and participant in these fora up until just a few weeks ago. Concerned Nigerians abroad, and friends of Chidi Nwosu everywhere, have concluded arrangements to set up a Chidi Nwosu Memorial Fund. 100% of the funds raised will go to his widow, and to his 5-year old daughter. We need to make a point, and especially to our young people, that a life spent advocating for the public good is not a wasted life, and that those who lose their life in the battle for a better society will not be forgotten.
