The pilot Aid Transparency Index 2011 is a report ranking 58 donors on their levels of aid transparency. It was prepared by Publish What You Fund, which was launched at the 2008 Accra High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness by a coalition of governance, aid effectiveness and access to information organisations.
