"Al-Baghdadi, who appeared in a Tripoli court on Monday in the
defendant's cage, is to be tried together with two officials from
Afriqiyah Airline company for Engineering, Mabruk al-Zahmul, the
manager, and Amer Terfas, a director. All three are facing charges of
embezzlement, financial corruption and murder during the February 17
revolution#
