Sure, according to al-Islam there are many crimes that will result in
everlasting punishment in jahanam, but has that deterred every Muslim
for fear of such eternal punishment?
Mwalimu Bangura keeps going on about those who destroy holy script
knowing that "Hell Fire" awaits them. This awareness/ knowledge has
not deterred Muslims in the past from bombing mosques housing copies
of the Qur'an nor has the certainties of life - in heaven or hell
after death deterred Muslims from killing other Muslims. The Islamic
history that I am familiar with is replete with such tragic incidents.

They know that to do so will mean Hell Fire or Jahannama. For us Muslims, the Torah, the Bible, the Qur'an, the Hadith and other Islamic textsare very dare to us.Timbuktu manuscripts 'have not been destroyed'Advertisement
