I am yet to see why the two literary responses to the Odi massacre i have read, including this one, are not able  to address the complete reality of the situation.

What makes officialdom 'decrepit' in this instance, as Chidi claims?

In terms of the definite information currently available, what do you think the soldiers did wrong  or did not do right in connection with dislodging Boko Haram terrorists from their stronghold in the town, following on the heels of killings of soldiers by Boko Haram from that base  and a report  that the terrorists  have  taken over the outlying rural areas in Borno state?
