My Vision for Osun State, Nigeria, House of Assembly
by
Ladi Adebayo

I am passionate about people suffering disabilities in learning and in other capacities and will sponsor a bill within the first year of my election to the Osun State House of Assembly for a Disability Living Allowance ( fashioned after the UK ) to be paid on a monthly basis to residents of Osun State.
I will also work tirelessly to draw meaningful and life impacting development to my constituency so as to provide jobs and opportunities for the youth.
I will also be at the forefront of holding the executive and all its agencies accountable for public funds in their possession.
I also want to sponsor a bill for the establishment of a religious commission (fashioned after the UK Charities Commission).
The bill will make it mandatory for all religious organisations to register with the commission, see to it that they adhere to rules and regulations, stem abuses and submit their end of year financial statements for the records.
I will of course hold a public consultation before finalising the draft bill.
