The African Studies Program at Penn State is calling for papers for its annual symposium on Africa's Extractive Industries. Please find attached a brief description of the objectives of the symposium. Abstracts for the symposium should be sent to Kidane Mengisteab (kim3@psu.edu). Full consideration will be given to abstracts received before October 20th, 2014.
