National equity is how to do justice to ethnic nationalities so a zone or ethnic nationality does not concoct strategems to monopolize power inordinately and interminably.

It was because of the bent to monopolize power by an ethnic group that some resorted to prolonged military power highjack by an ethnic group which translated  into the national question.

It was because of the bent to monopolize power by particular ethnic groups that elections are rigged and voters bribed by politicians with  looted funds generated by incumbency.

In the ideal world it would not matter who ruled but in the real world ethnic monopoly of power  generates group client business monopolies for the included at the expense of the extended if there is no mechanism like zoning to ensure that whatever goes round comes round.

If you know that no matter how much you spend to bribe or how vicious you try to highjack power when it is not your turn you would not succeed in acquiring power, would you try?
