Author of the Month: Kazuo Ishiguro

Our Author of the Month for November is this year's Nobel laureate in literature, Kazuo Ishiguro. Born in Nagasaki in 1954, Ishiguro moved to England in 1960. His seven novels, numerous short stories, screenplays and lyrics, have established him as one of Britain's most exciting writers, one who explores and expands the modernist tradition in a sometimes baffling but always perfectly judged variety of voices, styles and genres. Come to Bury Place any time in November to explore his extraordinary body of work, or read more about it here.
