USA Africa Dialogue Series - Using Pidgin as a Shield

In spite of the hard knock one received from Ikhide recently on Ilo
Facebook concerning some nasty things that some lecturers in Nigeria
do to award marks. I have managed to lick my many wounds and to pick
myself up to do this blog essay. Ikhide almost killed my spirit!

Anyway, this is an essay about pidgin use and the language of
instruction. Yes, it raises one big question about what I am achieving
as a language teacher. You see, I am in distress again!
