There is a beautiful Igbo folklore about the turtle (in Igbo, the turtle is the equivalent of the fox in English language in terms of cunning)
In a gathering of the animal kingdom, he cunningly took the name "all of us" for himself.
Armed with the name, he committed a number of sacrileges and claimed that it was committed by all of us. Other animals had to agreed that it was committed by 'all of us'
He won in front of the judges, obviously on technicality, but at 'home' he was later dealt with harshly by the animals in the kingdom.
It is common in the western societies to sue for names that may be misleading, especially if it is a registered-official name.
