Highlights of the conference include:
Day 1, July 1, 2019: Opening Ceremony to be attended by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Executive Governor of Ogun State, Chief Dr Dapo Abiodun, with a keynote by Catholic Bishop of Sokoto, Bishop Dr Matthew Hassan Kukah; Book discussion of Abdul Karim Bangura's 2019 book, Falolaism; film show of two recent documentaries produced by multiple award-winning internationally recognised film-maker, Chief Tunde Kelani of Mainframe Productions.
Day 2, July 2, 2019: Conference Banquet & Awards Ceremony, with awards going to Professor Bolanle Awe, Dr Olatokunbo Awolowo Dosunmu, Dr Josephine Okei-Odumakin, Professor Koya Ogen, Chief Tunde Kelani, and Professor James Makinde. Other activities are a health walk and campus tour, two more keynote addresses, roundtables and panel sessions.
Day 3, July 3, 2019: Tourism including trip to the Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta and Finale Celebration sponsored by conference honoree, Professor Toyin Falola.
